How To Get Best Results With Garcinia CambogiaMany I have counseled lately have been following, and having success with various approaches to the Paleo Diet, i.e. limiting their diet to what our pre-farming hunter-gatherer ancestors ate...i.e. vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and healthy sources of proteins and fats.

As I have said before, if you could pick it, pull it, catch it or kill it...it is/was fair game. Yet most are still experiencing a lot of cravings for the carbohydrates they are trying to cut out, and having a hard time resisting them.

With this formula people just don't feel as hungry, aren't fighting cravings and overall, food / calorie intake is decreased, benefiting those wanting to lose weight. 

How to get best results with Garcinia cambogia

Opti-Slim Garcinia is best taken on an empty stomach at least 30-60 minutes before meals, or simply in-between meals. The dosage is 2-3 capsules, one to three times per day. If your cravings intensify at a particular time of day, you may want to take it on an empty stomach an hour or two before this.
