In 1968, Tom Murdock, the founder of what is now Nature’s Way, was seeking a way to help his ailing wife. Gravely ill and out of conventional options, Tom and his wife turned to a native desert herb, Chaparral, growing near their Arizona home. This simple herb improved her health beyond expectation. Tom’s wife went on to live another 25 years. Thanks to Tom’s pioneering spirit and his desire to help others, he did more than save a life – he started an herbal renaissance.
